And it was 5 months of bonus some more lmao - I call bs

I calculate per year (average total comp + bonus amount that I will likely receive based on past data.. not the bonus I actually gotten)

because this is what recruiters/headhunters care about, it's a very famous tech company so the bonuses are pretty much common knowledge

Also I do get public stocks in the form of RSU, so it's included in the yearly fig as well. Not just pure cash bonuses.

Btw I recently got bumped up to 7800 as a off cycle increment too.

You don't say it's BS just cos u don't make so much, it happens. I can even provide my offer SS if u want lol

Y1 - 5.5k/mth as software engineer. (Made 400k trading on the side using savings.)

Y2 - Quit job. Create tech startup. No earnings, business expenses covered by trading gains on the side.

Y3 - Lost 100k in Y3. Business bad, trading losses due to covid.

Y4 - Proj. 1-2mil this year. Business pick up, things going well.

Total 4 YOE.

Even all the aunties and uncles can make close to +100% trading during covid, you so upz projected to pocket 1-2mil in individual profits/remuneration can lose money rofl

I started off in tech consulting and moved to fintech.

The increments in 2019 and 2021 came from job changes.
