Sales role guy here. I look down on ops people who want to dua pao xian their salary or responsibilities when in reality theyre doing cost centre redundant admin tasks

Y0-3: software vendor - start at high 3k, left at mid 5k
Y4: local bank (contract through staffing agnecy) - 7k
Y5: converted to perm (Snr Assoc) - mid 7k

Job scope similar throughout, working on software projects
