more like people getting displaced lah...
emplacement numbers still not firmed.
leadership has internally shared that of the finalised numbers, 75-80% will be given for immediate pool, and the remaining will be kept for fresh hire for POST-transformation.

there will be a lot of changes in the coming weeks, and rest assured, a lot of blood will flow in the coming days and weeks leading up the September 2023

transformation will complete by december 2023.
with most of the emplacements completed by then.

emplacement exercise will likely begin in Sept 2023.
and a lot of contracts will be temporarily extended to factor for the expanded regulatory change.

the rest of the details, head to your nearest canteen, and have a chat with your friends from other offices...

most will just tell you. the slaughter has began.....

A particular district had 6 resignations in a month.

Interesting insight. Makes complete sense though, to keep some spare headcount slots for future hiring. But this only means that even less will be emplaced in the first exercise. Its like roughly 25% chance to get in. This doesn’t bode well for those average or lepak ACE officer.

management also average. but yes. i think in every division there will be some outstanding individuals. But there will be those less-than-average ones with "high visibility" striving hard to get their "2nd spring" back...

if ACE's whole journey is made into a drama, probably more juicy then those HK custom drama.
