Right now i am with an MNC as an Inside Sales, average income is ard 3K inclusive of commission. I am completing my degree in few months time and have intention to change my job for a higher salary.

What is your degree?
Once you leave sales, companies will treat you as a fresh degree grad, pay will drop to 2.5-2.8k, you need to prepare for that.

Oh open degree then the starting pay will be even lower 2.2 to 2.5k. You need to think first if you are prepared to take the pay cut.

Honestly speaking, having a degree doesn't mean you will be able to achieve higher salary, even in a MNC sponsored education. It just mean, your option is wider, but that doesn't imply that there will be salary increase.
Furthermore, if you move to the wrong industries, it may mean "trouble". If I were you, I would prefer an internal request for job rotation among other deparment, may field sales or marketing roles. From there, you may be able to gain additional experience so that your value will be treasured by your future employers.
Good luck.
