if tthose actual ACE officers know of this site where they can air their views, it should be a good venting platform and also good for those who want to join this division to think 10 times.

Honestly, no one cares if they have a negative opinion.

The fact of the matter is that their jobs were COVID jobs, which was never intended to be for the long-term. They were briefed about it right from the start. What's the point of being salty now? Just move on with life la.
