Most of the foreign banks are well known to be hiring biased at senior level. Go linkedin and search you will find at mid - senior level >12k who are there. Don't go for such bank for long term because unless you are able to Shaka very well then your career is limited because you are not in inner circle. Go there to learn is fine. Many senior guys here are not interested to develop talent or be mentor because they are not committed to Singapore. A lot of lip services. Sadly not many Singaporean senior executive are also committed to Singapore. We are in a dire state right now as the productivity drops due to these practices. An environment that interested in presentation and connection.

12k is consider mid-senior level? LOL. Obviously you never even work in a foreign bank or have contact with their senior levels before.
