Most of the foreign banks are well known to be hiring biased at senior level. Go linkedin and search you will find at mid - senior level >12k who are there. Don't go for such bank for long term because unless you are able to Shaka very well then your career is limited because you are not in inner circle. Go there to learn is fine.
