I dun think completely, the FO should still be there. Although we are seeing trends that they are closing several BU. My friend an MA is still hanging since 2009....
I am in banking IT, so I see many Barclay IT avp pouring into other banks. Those who are lucky will join the expanding banks, those not maybe go back India if Ft.
