Hi guys,
Can anyone share some insights on how's the Barclays Graduate Programme like? In terms of pay, progression and culture. Heard that the starting pay is good ($4k+), but what about the bonus and pay progression? Also, how is the environment and work-life balance like in Barclays (Back Office)?

3-4 years between each rank. Depending on divisions then again. But that's how it is for front office roles.
