I think these are all gossips, what I heard from my fruends was the increment will be less than 3% for 4A

Below 7030 previously, and below bar in the new scale... a bit further away from bar actually after adjustment...

This is only all talking about the PAX scheme. How about the MSS / TSS scheme ? I think the % is only like 5% for MSS/ TSS Grade 5

Hi, what does A mean here? I am at max of pax6 now. What is the promotion criteria? Must obtain a B grade for 2 consecutive years is it?

thats the minimum criteria to be ELIGIBLE for promotion. meeting this criteria means you can be considered(and not 100% definitely)for promotion. Actual decision depends on the department heads fighting with other senior management staff on whom to promote/not to promote.

getting B for 2 years in a row is very very very difficult.
again, it really falls back to how well connected you are and the scale of additional projects u've undertaken.
