Email from DHR just minutes ago:

"Please refer to our email dated 1 Feb 2013 regarding the Salary Review 2012.

We had earlier hoped to issue the letters to you by end Feb 2013. However, the 5 Polytechnics & ITE have to hold on to the letters as there is an implementation matter that still need to be sorted out.

Thanks for your understanding."

Don't know about old birds. I'm a newbie and definitely worked my butt off in the first semester... worked harder than when I was in private sector and graduate school. But I've learned to enjoy it though. Like the fact that performance targets are generally clear and you know what to shoot for.

ITE staff can check their % increment by accessing HR Portal.

scroll down to Self Service.

click on View Letters/CV.

choose Generate Empl Cert Letter.

select With Salary and hit Generate.

this will be the new pay you're getting in March, after the pay adjustment from Sept 2012.

a simple calculations and you should be able to deduce the % of your pay adjustment.

cheers!
