Ppl still asking for confirmation. I can confirm that this is true for EO scheme (MOE).

Others will have to answer for MX scheme. I've seen differing opinions in the thread.

does anyone know where to find the bonus eligibility rules if want to resign before 1 Apr? I can’t find anywhere leh… is it just a myth?

Yes, same PB grade for MX can yield different PB quanta. Even within same PB grade, there is ranking so PB quantum is graduated.

I’m MX12. Got B last year which was 2.38 months. This year also got B but the quantum will decrease or increase? The PB rate for B used to be 2.5 before. Last year it decreased due to economy.

Is 2.5nth bonus considered normal for a promotion year?
