It depends on where in the salary range the person is. Under the usual situation, the person will be given one MI + promotional MI (lower than one MI). Where the person hits, is the new salary. If it is below the range of the current salary scale, he will be given the minimum point of the new salary.

There was $300 once-off in 2018 and $500 SG50 bonus in 2015. Usually it is given to the person regardless of period of service; i.e. if there is, usually you will be given in full.

can anyone share on the performance bonus (excluding AVC & 13 month) an average performer can get?

MX12 - ? months
MX11 - ? Months

I'm a 11 in one of these specialist schemes. The quantum is similar to MX10. Go figure

Hi my promotion increment (to gr IV) this is slightly over 7%. I on the MSO scheme.
Is it considered low?
