Got ~6% MI for C+ (1st year with ministry)
MX12, slightly less than 5k now.
feel I'm underpaid (no NS, 2nd upper NTU) as I entered ministry with 4 years of relevant experience in public sector + 1 year experience in private

My MI has increased over the pass 3 years. Is a signal that my CEP is adjustef up?

2017 MX11, 1st year after promo default C, $300 MI
2018 MX11, C, $400 MI
2019 MX11, B, $500 MI

Hi I have a related question on this. If one is near or at his/her salary cap when promoted, does this mean that the person will only get the promo increment with little or no MI?

How is the mid year bonus calculated if i start work on 1 May 2019?

Will i be eligible for the cash top up 300 too? (Assuming is 300 based on past 2 years mid year topup…)

Hi guys,

For fresh grads who enter CS is it normal to not get a MI following the first year?

Also, if my basic is about 4.7k, how much of a raise should I expect after being confirmed and promoted from Grade 13 to 12

You will get (Number of Days Worked / Total Number of Days until Mid Year) x Quantum
