I have seen DBS/ OCBC/ UOB IB people lateral to BB (despite taking a huge discount on their YOE), but I have yet to see BO jumping to any FO

Must see you ops supporting what div ma, in GS, there are ops supporting IB, AM etc. With the network, you can easily jump into IB if you know the people.
