Can't divulge exactly due to confidentiality, but it's pretty much street pay. The role I was offered with 2-3 YoE from IBD was 180k++, which is not as high as MFs but is street pay nonetheless.

I know this cuz Sequoia headhunters are very active (if you are in high finance for real you'd know what I am talking about ).

They can pay well cuz they have professional investment managers who actually make returns instead of those shitty VCs who just mark-up their MoIC anyhow, just like their founders also conjure numbers out of thin air for their KPIs.

As I've said many times. I am not elitist or arrogant. But when you are trying to pass off VC as something that is not, am I arrogant for telling you how wrong you are? Or should I let you just run your mouth and tell wrong things to other forum users who are actually looking for accurate information? How selfish are you to post misleading things just to cope/make you feel less bad about VC? Most people are fine with the shitty VCs, but obviously you aren't, but please keep it to yourself.

Well if you know me, don't be shy and say hi next time you bump into me. I have a lot of friends in VCs, all of them are aware of VC status and they just treat it like any job, no big deal.
