First link shows 2021 salary range and not 2022. Personally know that WP had a huge salary bump as JPM is focusing more on the TB business.

Second link is an associate role but for a business analyst (back office IT role). So using this as a benchmark is not accurate and reflective of an associate in payments that went through the grad programme.

I didnt know payments analysts existed until I read this forum lol anyway if its indeed FO I think 11.9k is possible in JPM

I'm from another FO role (yoe1) base pay mid-high teens.

LMAO all these ****ing jokesters posting at 10pm+ claiming to be in FO. If you're a true FO analyst, you wouldn't even be on this forum at this hour, you will be busy aligning powerpoint logos easily till after 12 midnight so that you can turn in your fixes to your associate 1st thing in the morning. Knn, all these ****ing jokesters. All wanna BHB step FO when the reality is far away from your imagination.

only JPM calls it payments, other banks call it transactional banking or treasury services

Wah lao eh. Take this filthy payments conversation out of this front office thread leh. Go and see this thread's tagged key words. Fund management, ib, m&a, pe&vc. Everything else not counted. If you're from payments, tb (tuberculosis?) or from any other non-front office role, you can indeed FO - **** off.
