Why the hell is your friend even working at a WITCH company? was it because he couldn't find any other jobs?

WITCH companies are really trash tier aids, even the American bootcampers avoid them like the plague even if they cant find job for years... because having WITCH company on your resume is basically the same as saying

"I couldn't find any job because I suck"

Like you can't even lie and say "oh I went on vacation after graduating, oh due to COVID problems, I had to take a break from employment, etc"

Some companies even blacklist ex-WITCH applicants.

Join cognizant quite a couple years ago. Was lowballed... after about 1-2 year I left.
I think this org is the last org to join. No Aws, PB damn low. Yes basic above average... but overall still low.
I would say last resort to join for pay itself. Lucky didnt rot there with Appian, left and join a better company.

I had a friend who got offered by Cognizant as a fresh grad without interview. After he applied, the HR just called him and asked him if he wanted the job. Can easily tell the standard of the company by this.
