Why the hell is your friend even working at a WITCH company? was it because he couldn't find any other jobs?
WITCH companies are really trash tier aids, even the American bootcampers avoid them like the plague even if they cant find job for years... because having WITCH company on your resume is basically the same as saying
"I couldn't find any job because I suck"
Like you can't even lie and say "oh I went on vacation after graduating, oh due to COVID problems, I had to take a break from employment, etc"
Some companies even blacklist ex-WITCH applicants.
