I felt so demoralised about this. I worked so hard at work, tried my best to do well so as to get A, but even with A, its not enough to push my salary much further, even with 2 salary enhancement.

This is my 8th year and still not promoted.. All my hard work not appreciated..

At my age close to 40, it will be a pay cut.. I tried applying to ministries and stay board, but didn't get any offers.

its only a rumour, my friend crossed cluster recently got a few hundred nominal pay bump.

Same job grade? Cos when candidates interview at our place, we always will tell them that's no salary increment if they are from other clusters.

If u r that good, you would have been promoted years back.
