There was an adjustment on 2022 as well. ST usually follow govt recommendation on this

2022 no adjustment. 2023 there was one early in the year. Heard is because of the GST and bla bla bla

M1 - Assistant Principal Engineer
M2 - Principal Engineer
M3 - Manager
M4 - Senior Manager

The grading for the upper echelons are unclear. There can be VP, SVP, President. Somewhere in another place will have a director or GM.

is it possible for someone from another ministry or stat board to transfer to ST via mopex or something?
