Not the same opening, but I had 8 interviewers + observers. Giving weird and impossible scenarios as interview questions. Lost interest in the first 5 minutes. The interviewer was 1.5 hours late.

That was years ago though.

I am perplexed by your question. Conceivably, you may be from htx recruitment zooming into who I am or some one in htx guessing the gangster is which divisional director. I can tell you the rot is high up at Deputy level.

Anyone know about the specialist job at htx?
Can share?
I hear life there is really stressful.
Is it good place?
I want to continue to learn but more toward work life balance.

Reviews from glassdoor seems to suggest good work life balance. Or reasonable

It really depends on which department you applied for. Worklife balance is definitely better than most places.

I would assume the deputy level you are referring to is deputy director, since the only other position with deputy inside is DCE. There are tonnes of DDs inside HTX, it is a very top heavy agency. As with all organisations, there are good and bad people.

There will be lots of openings soon as people are starting to leave due to uncompetitive packages. Everyone is just waiting for PB. I don't think I'll be able to last the year too.

When is the PB and when to tender in order not to forfeit the PB?
