Anyone knows starting pay engineer @ HTX Marine Systems division? How come is not offered permanent job offer but it’s on 2yr contract. It has been since 90’s this 2yr contract?
I’m selected for a zoom interview (1st).

Actually you can ask HR on the salary range. At least if its not the pay you want, you can reject the interview so that you don’t waste everyone’s time. They will appreciate this way.

Went for an interview few months ago. One of the interviewer was condescending and behaved like gangster. He claimed to be from top management and ranted over few insignificant achievements. Did not seem to have industry experience or technical training.
Gave some stupid reason to reject the offer. Bad experience and waste of time.
