Pros office is nice, lots of welfare events.
Cons salary package isn't great, internal system is messy, long recruitment process. Not much development as u are likely going to just do project management where contractors do all the work.

RESCINDED offer
Ok technically is not offer..as the email only stated "shortlisted". Apparently after 6 weeks since they offered me through email, I was told HTX highest Management rejected me. Anyone faced this issue?

Approval from highest management is usually not necessary unless the role you are applying for is high (DD equivalent or above). So it could be true, depends on what role u are applying for.
Could be simply you failed your background check.

Simply said, its a mediocre agency. If you don't mind the mediocre work and salary then you will be fine.

Thought they should have clear the medical check, background check and so on before offering the job?

I know that they won't even give u an offer if the top management rejects. Top management have to approve the package before it can be offered to potential hirings offered high posts.
For lower posts, director's approval should be sufficient.
