If you are asking about non-technical role, avoid Strategic Comms or CPO.
If technical role, avoid Operations or Cybersecurity.
Some project management teams are okay, but depends which divisions you get, not all is good as well.

I would say it depends on where u are, HQ or forward deployed. If forward deployed, depends largely on which HTDs u go to. Rotation is to be expected after a few years.
