Worklife balance is ok if you are content to just always be a rank and file officer. Jist follow order and do as told. If expecting progress then this is not the place to be. Top is already packed with incompetency that will not be going away soon.

Pretty accurate description. Suitable retirement job with lots of deadwood floating around. Not recommended for young people that prioritises development. If u want a stable and mundane life, this is it.
Sadly, it is not for me.

Since salary cannot match outside, they are telling people salary is not everything. Work with purpose of serving the country. Of course attrition rate will be high. As if i can feed my family with a sense of purpose. Joke.
