Who say head dont have 10k? You sure u HTX? You go see xt8 and xt9 salary range then say. Those long hold xt 8 or newly xt9 all 10k leh

If current drawn is 10k, if HTX offer you Head role, definitely can be higher. XT7 (senior engineer) already can hit 10K.
