No. Monthly salary before cpf deduction.

Default 5%, but need to prorate if didn't serve full year.

XT6 ceiling is close to 9k. So stretching their max is nonsense. And 7 years exp currently people are getting XT7. I was offered XT6 when I has 7 years exp. Still XT6 now with 10 years exp, although promoting this year. People that joined recently with 6 years exp also given XT7 (cos wife inside HTX is also XT7, don't want the husband to feel inferior maybe?). HR is a freaking mess.

Yeah I had colleagues who were 10 year YOE but came in XT6 5.8k.
The HRBP don't seem to be on the employees side tho unfortunately.

No congratulations required. Decided to tender on 1 Apr, so I won't be enjoying the perks of promotion anyway. Just wanna get PB to cushion my savings and go start my own business.

Hi All. I received an email to proceed further with my application after my interview. Currently they are doing the security clearance. May I know how long it take for security clearance to pass in HTX? Roughly 2 months? Thanks.

2 months if cat 1. Much faster if cat 2.

Depends on a lot of factors :
1) ISD availability to do your security clearance ( 1 week to 2 months )
2) HR waiting for ISD to clear your security level before preparing offer letter. ( 3 days to 2 weeks )
