My friend in htx less than a year. Her boss already talk to her about being emplaced and want to put up emplaced for her.
For me going to be 1 year, still no emplaced? Guess have to search for new job in public sector again?
But I was get raised voice by working level colleagues but I choose ignore. Becos my supervisors and Bosses not done that to me. They quite polite to me.

What is merit increment in salary?
Happen to heard but not sure what does this mean.
Who is eligible for that?

Does emplacement come with grade promotion during 1 year mark in HTX ? If yes, how many % is the increment for the grade promotion ?

No. Emplacement is not promotion. Emplacement does not change any of your exisiting terms besides being "permanent".

Everyone during April. Quantum of increment is determined by your XT/XC grade and performance appraisal score.
