what would be your thoughts on this
currently on temp role.
in midst of awaiting formal offer from SB
the indicative pay (they need to clear the submission with the PS before formal offer) is a sizeable jump (about 40% increase).
to take or don't take?

If I accept a govt offer alr, but then another govt job offer me can I eithrrothe acceptance then accept the other one? One gives me 8k the other 6k only.

so both the offers are from SB/ministry or what?
so u have accepted job A or abt to accept job A when job b's offer come along?

Well i just joined recently but i am not new to gov sector, planning to stay at least two years in my current role

Maybe a bit of history of myself..was promoted from fresh grad to mx12 in a sb back in 2016..then left in 2018, took a break plus some part time, became full time in pte in 2020, join min as mx12 in 2022, ended contract in 2023 and now i am back again as mx12..was wondering when i can be promoted to mx11 since it has been quite a while
