Hi anyone can share roughly how much is ur E3 pay and how many years in this GJS?

Was a formal E2 employee

E1 (Fresh Grad) - 5000
E2 (2-3yr exp) - 5200-5400
E3 Senior Engineer (4-7yr) - 6000-6500
E4 Senior Engineer (8-10yr) - 7000++ most people stuck here

Singapore Please Please Please Avoid this company
85% Foreigners
OT culture (can only claim if you OT more than 2hrs in office)
Management wants you to be 24/7 standby and work
Wasted by fresh graduate years in this company
Travel time to company is super long
Management do not care on your well being, keep pushing responsibility away
Super high turn over rate (In my department, 1 employee leave every month. Even managers are leaving)

I saw E3 engineer (PhD), getting $8k basic...
How about E5 salary in Micron?

How is the bonus like? got an offer but also have an offer elsewhere so contemplating

Hi can I check what’s the compensation package like for non engineer teams like project/program management? I understand there is AWS and IP bonus and 14 day AL. Is this still the norm?
