Hi all, I’m from local uni going to graduate with SCU. Most likely to be an engineer. I would like to understand the salary package from micron. Hearsay micron provide 40K RSU, 1mth AWS & 2-3mth bonus. Is it true? What are the pros/cons in micron?

Hey guys serious question can someone share whats the compensation like in micron now after 2 years working?

I hv 2 year exp, grad in 2022, working in other semicon, my base is only 5k but making 77k total comp a year. My current company culture is good, can enter office after 11 leave before 5. but i wanna hop for higher pay. How should i approch the negotation? if i got offered 6k sgd is total comp 6k *13 is only 78k... not much increase, whats the bonus like? any rsu

Go to micron for the experience if the role they offer helps expand your job scope.
Don't expect any loyalty from them to you, don't expect it to become a long term career.
Just stay for 2 years + and move on.
Having micron in your resume is a decoration that will make you more desirable.

hi guys, just got offered 5.8k plus 20k rsu with 2 yoe, is that the typical pay in this company? btw anyone knows whats the wfh policy like, the job is at bendemeer and what are the actual work timing?

wfh policy depends on team but from what my friends tell me, most are 4 days in, every thursday wfh.
