Now hiring freeze, all semicond company have the same financial challenges. Not sure how next year will look like, it is all depending on global situation, e.g ukraine war, china lockdown, global supply chain, inflation, etc.

Had a new job, this guy from other semicond company says he got retrenched. The company retrenched all contract employees.
