Not sure what your definition of cui, 1st year my performance appraisal is a 'C' (many say 1st year is auto C, especially those less than a year at HTX), 2nd Year was also a 'C'. 3rd year not yet known.

The "sandwiched" generation that joined a few years before the COVID period cost cutting period (2020 - 2022) really suffered the most.
Now in 2023 and 2024, the cost cutting continues in the form of manpower freeze. Which means existing workforce will have to share more workload.

I'm from other stat board and my pro rated first year was a B..though I expected C because thats what ppl keep telling me lol
