SM and below: create beautiful slides

AD to DD: instruct others to create beautiful slides

D to ACE: convince CE that the beautiful slides are substantive

CE: doesn't know what is considered substantive so he tells everyone to redo

So from an outsider POV, doing work in imda is like influencing on instagram:

SM & below create and 'upload' aesthetic content for validation countless of times.

AD - DD are busy trying to figure out CE'S erratic algorithm to gain more likes, so they can fine-tune their content strategy.

D - ACE must be the ones who keep spamming the 'LIKES', and 'reshare' the post on their end so CE can take a hint.

CE cannot take a hint, die die also dun want to 'LIKE' the post no matter what.

Rinse and repeat for at least 20 times.

Writing emails & making presentation decks for CH's ego --> does it mean that the work they do has NO clear agenda and objectives to achieve? That's DUMB.

How come the 2nd tier management (ACE, cluster dir, D, DD of media industry development) don't want to do anything to help their team? Being in a leadership position they have the power to influence and try to deflect CE's stupid demands. They just need to smoke and convince in a way that makes CE thinks that he wins.

It's sad to read that even their ACE, Justin Ang, has deteriorated as a result of being under LCH.

It's indeed a bloated stat board. Interestingly, it's the competent ones who are gone while all the trash remain there. There are many in their late 40s to 50s who have hit their CEP and hentak kaki at the M/SM level. They cost more than their younger colleagues but churn out the same or even lower productivity. HR is obviously aware but doesn't give a damn.

If ACE Jane and Lina can be rotated to other parts of gov, it can't be that there are no vacancies for LCH to do the same. Hence, the only reasonable explanation is no other agency wants this underachiever.
