It's indeed a bloated stat board. Interestingly, it's the competent ones who are gone while all the trash remain there. There are many in their late 40s to 50s who have hit their CEP and hentak kaki at the M/SM level. They cost more than their younger colleagues but churn out the same or even lower productivity. HR is obviously aware but doesn't give a damn.
