Such a stressful organisation. Firstly workload by staff is excessive and under appreciated by exco especially ce. Secondly, exco members sabo staff work in front of ce. Thirdly, now we are forced to post in linkedin and these need to be cleared by many dirs incl hr dir. Can someone explain why we need to do this? Fourthly, weekends are burnt to answer endless queries from ce and exco. Fifthly, no real industry interactions. Dun think I can last for another month!!!

If you can, just leave for your own mental health. IMDA is rotten toxic.

Whether he is straight or not I don't think it matters. The only thing that bothers me is his extremely bad attitude toward his staff. Really waiting for karma to gets back to him.

A lot ppl in IMDA needs karma treatment
