Aiya EES for show only. Last year my department feedback bad also the fireside with LCH never talk about it. Only talk about D3. As if D3 can revive this sunken ship.

Treat it as a test of character ba.
If they don't share, then you know what kind of organization you are working for already.

He made a typo. It's not "motivate"... it's "demotivate".

They lost a bunch of good people but don't do anything to stem the bleed and raise the low morale, pretend like nothing happened. Poor leadership.

It's laughable when you realised that all the telcos are supposed to look up to LCH as the man to lead the industry. What's he gonna do? Use his favourite word "gumption" to motivate them?

I'm sure Kim Jong Un has a similar bio written for him.

Well.......... I'm one of those who left this regurgitating toilet bowl last year. I just think it's sad how people hired by IMDA with talent/potential are being sidelined while the AGC secondees from the DIPG ACE's team at AGC are only temporary and have no experience, yet are given many more opportunities and benefits. It's one of the big reasons why people have been quitting, and nothing's gonna change.
