Hi everyone, any other recent AIM programme applicants received their offers? Looking to compare to see whether there's any room to negotiate starting base.
I was offered ~5300 monthly, 2nd upper from a local uni.

Dude are u trolling?? AIM does not pay this high and I am speaking as someone who has received an offer previously. Good luck joining IMDA if u havent already read this thread lmao. Glad i backed out.

This applies to other stat boards as well.
Reg is generally more structured and won't kena so many pattern from the boss.

I rejected the offer after reading all the comments here and on Glassdoor.
The CE seems like a horrible boss to work for.
