Depends on Exco from which side of the house. Reg side has always been good. The other DCE works harder than her staff. Also, she would shield some of **** coming down, which is why Reg has been relatively stable over the years.

You all assume you all know better. They have access to info you don’t have. You can give your advice, make suggestion to modify, but what makes you think your ground view entitles you to decide on the overall direction better than his helicopter view?

I’m not in IMDA. In another organisation that has to guess what the dear leader wants. Basically gotta redo until you guess what they want.

So far I’ve only heard good things about her. Good boss to have
