Private sector is already focusing on quantum computing while IMDA is still hard selling data analyst roles as a career to people. You can see how "visionary" it is...

Staff have no time to react to developments and think about "architecting Singapore's digital future" when they are spending weeks, months, years, redoing outlines/ppts. Good job IMDA.

Dear HR, please stop recruiting non techies. I don't understand why you guys do it but it is clear that IMDA is in a downward spiral and become a laughing stock with non techies running it.
