most heavyweight or rev gen dept can get this range easily it's nothing much
consider that a software developer in a real middle sized software company already paying this range for fresh grads more than a decade ago. by real i mean they have their own products and do their own developm, not outsourced agencies

Could you explain what heavyweight or rev gen dept are?
And how will their salary / career progression scale considering that they their starting pay is already somewhat near the MX12 salary ceiling?

Anyone able to share more about the intelligence scheme? Does it include MSD, ISD, SID? How is the starting pay, overall package and progression or promotion structure? Do people usually stay for their life after joining since the skills may not be so transferable over to private sector?

Is 4.5k-5k as MX13 really considered a specialised role? Is that not the normal range for a fresh grad?

More like the blocks which are shorter and broader at the base.
Aka short and fat.

Saw a guy mentioning that he is drawing low 4k as a fresh grad for a policy role. I think the norm for fresh grad now would be higher?

What do you think the norm for fresh grads in both non-specialised and specialised schemes will be respectively?
If a fresh grad in a non-specialised role can potentially draw 5k+, will fresh grads in law / MFA / intel / MTI be drawing upwards of 6k (assuming a 20% premium)?
