I am 43, make 120k pa. single
I skip bfast, eat simple for lunch and dinner. Walk to office. i save 80% of my salary since 25 yr old. I have 800K cash, 1 HDB paid up, 5 properties in Msia. Total net worth 8.5 mil

Not good to be overly obsessed with saving money, not to the extend of skipping meals. Life is a short journey. Money is meant to be spent, otherwise it has no value at all.
