If you are in MFA, officers get a special allowance for additional language that they master. Of course you need to obtain the necessary certs for those languages. It is also common for officers to know 3rd or 4th languages if you stay long enough, officers are required to pass language exams before they start their posting overseas.

2016: MX12 - $4700 (MI+adjustment), C+
2017: MX11 - $5500, B

Ur starting pay back then was $4200?, fresh grad?, local or overseas uni?

Was working in private company 2 years prior and drawing $3000, 2nd upper local uni.

2016: MX13 - 4k , 4 (i guess that's a C)
2017: MX13 - 4.2k , 4

Can share how you got promoted from MX 12 to MX 11 by getting a C+? I thought usually it is min. B grade and need at least 2 consecutive Bs & above (to show continuity in good performance) before promotion?
Or did you take on a higher band job and was offered a MX11?
