Or did you take on a higher band job and was offered a MX11?
Thanks in advance.

How come your increment is in the range of 20+%? Did you add in allowances?

30% increment from $5000 to $6500 actually. That's quite impressive.

Yes, this is a progression of a non scholar. Was just wondering if this is the norm and if should continue staying on with the CS. If Yes, what do you think is the CEP? Contemplating options here. Also what does PB Band 1 means? Does this affect CEP in any way?
To recap, the PB rate is as follow:
32 male,
5 Years 3 months in civil service (exclude NS)
Overseas Degree with honours
2011 - MX13
2012 - MX12, default C grade because confirmation
2013 - MX12, B grade
2014 - MX12, B grade
2015- MX 11, B grade
2016- MX 11, B grade
2017 - MX 11A

I am looking at three roles in careers@gov
Assistant head/head in SB
Lecturer in poly
DD in SB
Job scope seems relevant for me. Just want to know what is the remuneration package like?
Graduate from local Uni with engineering pass degree (miss out on 3rd class Honours)
I have more than 7 years of experience in engineering field at one MNC.
Current remuneration package around $130k
May I know if I can get more pay with any of this job?

Not sure about head in SB and lecturer in poly. But you should be able to get more pay with DD in SB.

Possible to share your current salary?
I've been out of the civil service for some time. But this seems like a very good progression to me. Consistently Bs. Not the norm or average performance.

When you get offered the job then talk about pay. What makes you think you can get DD with only 7 years experience?

Can I ask the people in MXO scheme, the promotion grade criteria is min. C/C+?
Cus I know the DXO (Defence Executive) Scheme is min. B grade.
Seems easier to promote in MXO than DXO, no?
