hi guys, i hope this is the right thread to ask. i'm new to this whole ministry/civil service thing and have one question.

for certain jobs, say at MFA, which encourages its officer to pick up a 3rd or 4th language which MAY come in useful in the course of work, will those who have more languages under their belt have a higher CEP?

consequently, lower CEP for those who don't?

HAHA. OMG you're damn salty.

I think he could be one of those non-scholar that is actually doing well and is progressing as well as a scholar. I think we should be happy for him and hope to see more of this in future. Also, to debunk the myth that only scholars will do well in Civil Sectors!
