I think you're doing very well. I've 10 yrs experience, mx11 and drawing $6.4k per month wo NS, consistently A/B grade until first C+ this yr.

most stat board jobs now offer 2 year contract.. wonder how stable is that? my friend say most likely will renew...

anyone heard of civil servant kenna retrench before?

i only know that if you really screw up on the job, probably won't get renew contract

any views on this? esp. being converted to perm staff?

Stat boards often have variations in their own schemes, though they largely take guidance from PSD.

Hmm, a little odd to have 10 years experience and just reach $6.4k with consistent A/B grades. You from stat board?

3+ yrs as mx11, not leading a team now cause moved into a specialist role. Am from stat board, which has supposedly lower monthly pay but higher bonus. So total package is abt 110k for ft 13.
