You will find out 1 or 2 days before 1 apr usually.
Any designation change will take effect on 1 apr.

I thought increment will only be known from the notification on [email protected]. Or bosses will let you know your increment together with promotion?

Is this reasonable? (Urgent)
Hi guys, quite urgent need input -
SB offer me base 3k + variable component ~$400, so gross ~$3400
I’m 2nd upper local U no NS fresh grad
Reasonable? cause I know times are hard now in the job market but just want to make sure it’s reasonable and I’m not lowballed
Let me know if I shld nego base pay (even though I know they have formula and it’s hard for freshies to counter offer)
Thanks!

Without telling us what your job is, there's no way whether we can tell the job's pay range?

Not really related to the thread topic - but does anyone think that our leave from last year can still be rolled over to next year due to the travel restrictions?
