33, male. Earning about 7K/mth. Total package includes: PB+other payment of about 6 months, mid year bonus, year end bonus and 13th month. Thinking I am poorly paid as compared to pruavte sector peers (especially banking folks). Should I leave and join the banks?

How do you compare to your peers in your company?
Seriously you are only seeing those more successful private peers. Most of the private may be earning same as you or lower than you at your age.

Thats a 18 mth package. Not many govt agencies pay that. I think u r fuking trolling

Any stat board or ministry pays $10k and above monthly?
I am in early 40s and looking to switch but it seems that most jobs in civil service pays less than $10k.
