At this point in time, all signs are pointing to a "no". I'm always wary of including bonuses when considering total compensation as it's not 100% guaranteed. The only big plus point would be the stability, which is why I was thinking if I wanted to and could stay here for the rest of my life.

And unless you are moving to a specialised scheme, MX has same salary range in all MX agencies. You will be earning the same in MTI unless you get into their Economist scheme

Not OP but am in similar sitch. Realistically for guys how long to get to MX11, esp with new LP system? Assuming average performer (Cs throughout) vs good performer (e.g. 2B, 1C)
