At this point in time, all signs are pointing to a "no". I'm always wary of including bonuses when considering total compensation as it's not 100% guaranteed. The only big plus point would be the stability, which is why I was thinking if I wanted to and could stay here for the rest of my life.

Hey bro, you might not see this but I wanted to tell you I decided to accept the offer in the end. I managed to increase the salary even tho it’s still a significant paycut from my previous job. Not OP but am in similar sitch. Realistically for guys how long to get to MX11, esp with new LP system? Assuming average performer (Cs throughout) vs good performer (e.g. 2B, 1C)
